From the Mayor's Desk
I, Raymond Baker, have been a resident of Sidney since 1983. I worked for the Village for 20 years. I recently retired from Donan Engineering as a Regional Manager. I was a Village Trustee for four years before being elected Mayor in 2023. I also serve on the boards of the Sidney Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, including Executive Director for Sidney United Way. I have been a member of the Sidney Fire Department since 1984 and I’m the Director of Sidney EMS. My wife Melissa and I own On The Spot Carpet Care.
