News Release
On Friday, March 13th the Mayors, Town Supervisors of Afton, Bainbridge, Sidney, and Unadilla, as well as the Superintendents for Bainbridge, Sidney, and Unadilla schools, members of the Sidney EMS and Police, and a representative of the Bassett Healthcare Network met to discuss the impact of the Coronavirus on the residents of our communities. This team will continue to meet as the situation evolves.
We encourage our residents to be prepared for the virus but not to panic.
If you are concerned that you or a member of your family may have symptoms of the Coronavirus, please first contact Bassett Healthcare on their special hotline number 547-5555 for further information.
When we have information that we need to get to our residents in a timely manner, we will put it on our respective websites, Facebook pages, the new Small Town Connects weekly email, and radio station WCDO. If you are not already receiving the weekly Small Town Connects email, please contact jroth@villageofsidney.org
